Best T.O.D. for SEX

Ever wonder what time of day will best increase your chances of having the optimal sexual experience? Maybe for some that is just plain having sex with anyone at anytime should the opportunity arise. However, it may be helpful to know for future reference that your body functions on your own ‘built in’ biological rhythm across 24 hours that is capable of better sex at certain times of day. So how can one selfishly and selflessly succeed at receiving the most sexual satisfaction in his/her day? Let’s start with a good breakfast .  .  . Early risers, it may be helpful to know that while men are at their peak of excitability from 6am - 8am, women will be more likely to hit the snooze button. As the morning proceeds, men tend to go into work mode and women go into excite mode. Sadly, unless you are independently wealthy, the daily grind calls from 8am onward. Yet, maximum oral pleasure is a must for women between 10am - 12pm if someone is on hand at this time.

If not, perhaps you have a chance with the common ‘nooner’ escape? If you can swing it, there is a possibility, but more of a 50/50 coin toss on whether women are keen due to her mind actively focused elsewhere between 12pm - 2pm.

It might be helpful to know if procreation is on the cards or you are trying to avoid knocking someone up, then 2pm - 4pm is when a women’s body is in full-blown conception mode with men at full ‘semen’ capacity at around 4pm. You’ve been warned;-)

If up for a quicky, then between 4pm - 6pm is perfecto for both sexes. Although, if you like to take things slow and desire hitting simultaneous sexual peaks, then skip to the after dinner dessert by waiting until the hours of 8pm-10pm when both sexual clocks are right on the money (NB: between 6pm-8pm your peak sexual experience is non-existent, so enjoy your meal).

After 10pm, a woman tends to fall under the spell of sleep mode while a man is up for a party in bed to assist going to sleep. After midnight it is lights out for both women and men until the next biological rhythm cycles into action.

Side Note: Be sure to set your clocks for the right time and crank Marvin G.
